Goals and Objectives
Reducing Recidivism: The program's mission should focus on lowering repeat offenses by addressing the root causes of criminal behavior, such as substance abuse, lack of education, and unemployment.
Providing Employment Training: One of the key objectives is equipping participants with job-ready skills, ensuring that they have the means to support themselves through legal and productive employment.
Promoting Positive Social Integration: Facilitating the development of healthy relationships, social skills, and the ability to adapt to societal norms and responsibilities.
Improving Mental Health and Wellness: Many incarcerated individuals face mental health challenges, and addressing these needs can significantly reduce the risk of reoffending.
Providing Housing Support: Ensuring that individuals have stable housing is essential for preventing homelessness and providing a foundation for re-entering the workforce and society.
